A 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath Valrico home for up to 12. The fenced backyard holds a private pool (optional heating), a poolside basketball court and a BBQ grill. Brandon Mall is 12 minutes away, Lithia Springs 18 and downtown Tampa or Busch Gardens about 30.
The open-concept living area, kitchen and dining space sit together at the heart of the house, so the group naturally gathers in one place. Out back, the fenced yard holds the pool, a poolside basketball court and a BBQ grill, which keeps everyone busy between outings. Shops and dining along the Brandon corridor are a few miles away.

2 full baths plus a half bath for up to 12 guests. One full bath is ensuite to Bedroom 1; the other full bath and the half bath serve everyone else.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive when I had a question and quickly addressed a minor issue. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes (including children's), pots/pans, and appliances. The pool was lovely, and the grill was a nice bonus. The only suggestion/caution I would add is that the thermostat will only go down to 70 for 4 hours and then adjust back to the preset temperature. However, that may not be an issue for some. I also did not reach out to him about the thermostat; as it was preset. Overall, it was a nice place, close to everything with room for everyone. Check-out was a breeze, which made an early flight manageable. Mark was a great host, and we will look at booking it again in the future.

Mark was great— quick responses when I had questions. The house and pool was very nice— my only suggestion would be have more comfortable seating in the living room, and a larger kitchen table/seating (4 chairs for a place that sleeps 12?)

This house was great for our large family group! Lots of room to spread out and spend time in the pool.
