A renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath East Tampa home with ten beds for up to 12 guests, eight minutes from downtown Tampa and Amalie Arena. There is no pool; the house is built for crews, reunions and monthly stays, with 1 Gig fiber internet, in-unit laundry and parking for three vehicles.

An open floor plan runs from the living room sofa and large smart TV straight into the dining area and kitchen. A crew of twelve can still share one space. Each of the three bedrooms pairs a king or queen bed with a bunk bed, which is how the house reaches ten beds. There is no pool; the draw here is beds, parking and location.

2 full baths for up to 12 guests: the primary ensuite has a tub-and-shower combination and vanity; the second bath has a walk-in shower and vanity. Ten adults sharing two baths works best with a morning schedule.

★ You expect a private room for every guest. Sleeping 12 means bunk beds in every bedroom and one bed in the living room.
★ You are planning a party. This is a residential street, and dogs are the only pets allowed.
