Mark is a great host. We had a maintenance issue with a door and maintenance guy was quick, courteous and fixed the door. Inside was really cute and quiet.

We absolutely loved our month at this charming historic bungalow! It was the perfect base for remote work, with plenty of room for us and the occasional visit from our adult kids. Being right off the Pinellas Trail was nice as we biked every day to Dunedin or Largo, and exploring beaches like Sand Key, Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon Island was a breeze each afternoon. The kitchen had everything we needed for home-cooked meals, but what really impressed us was the management; when an outlet acted up, they sent an electrician immediately and even surprised us by replacing a broken grill with a brand-new one! Such a cozy, well-located spot.
