The house was PERFECT for our family vacation! The central air was so nice throughout the house to cool us off after being outside in the August heat. The pool was warm, so Mark cooled it down each day for us which helped make it refreshing and perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was big and beautiful to cook our meals. We can’t recommend this place enough!!

Mark’s place was exactly what we needed for a family of four. His home was absolute perfection and I love the attention to details by having a drying rack available, coffee pods, laundry detergent, full length mirrors & couch blankets. I love how the home was completely free of clutter and extremely comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and the water view was a dream! Very close to plenty of restaurants! If you like sushi, I highly recommend E Sushi about 8 minutes away. Mandola’s Italian restaurant in Riverview is great too! Excellent communication throughout our stay and if available I will definitely stay again!
