Enjoyed our stay at Mark’s place. It’s is conveniently located to both grocery shopping and the beach. The house is comfortable with memory foam beds and plush couches. The pillows aren’t the best (way too soft for my liking) but they did have an extra more firm one to use. Do not consider the kitchen to be well stocked. It has very basic items, but cookie sheets, baking items, or anything beyond pepper (no salt) was not present. What they do have, they have a good amount - plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs, some nice pots/pans, tumblers/insulated cab holders, cocktail shakers, etc. The pool has a shallow area and goes to about five feet or so. Nice for cooling off after a day at the beach. Mark offers two umbrellas, six chairs, two cooler, beach toys/boards, and a wagon. There are plenty of games and things at the house to keep you entertained on a rainy day. Overall a great stay! A few minor issues but taken care of or easily over looked. Would stay here again!

We stayed at this house for a weekend. We liked how clean it was. The kitchen was very organized and had everything you needed. The pool was a good temperature and the perfect size for our family. Only issue we had was that it was a bit hot at night. We mentioned this to Mark and he lowered the AC a bit more. He was responsive to our needs, and we appreciated that. This house its really close to Indian Rocks beach but about 30 min from St. Pete beach so keep that in mind. Overall, a great house for what we needed.

Mark ja enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het was de eerste keer dat we in Amerika een Airbnb huurde dus ik was benieuwd of het goed ging bevallen. Ik ben zeer positief ! Het is echt nog mooier en veel groter dan op de foto’s. Eigenaren hebben allemaal strandspullen beschikbaar gesteld, super attent. Ook is het zwembad prachtig en vernieuwd. Heerlijk zacht zout water. Airco werkt fantastisch.
