Bring the family, bring your friends—and bring the dog. Sunset Perch is a private Largo home for up to 9 guests, built around the moments that make a Florida trip memorable: mornings by the pool, beach afternoons, foosball tournaments and relaxed dinners under the palms.

The fully fenced backyard is the heart of the home:

Pool heat is available for $35 per night. Request it before arrival so everything is ready for your stay.

⚽ EASY ENTERTAINMENT

Start a foosball tournament, stream a movie on the Smart TVs or slow things down with the board games, puzzles and books shown in the home. The open living and dining area keeps the group together while still giving everyone room to spread out.

Maximum occupancy is 9 guests. Fresh linens, bath towels, extra pillows and blankets are provided.

🛁 TWO FULL BATHROOMS

One bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, while the second has a walk-in rain shower. Bath essentials include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, toilet paper and a hair dryer.

🍳 KITCHEN & DINING

The full kitchen is ready for quick breakfasts, poolside snacks and family dinners:
- Refrigerator with ice maker
- Stove and oven
- Microwave and dishwasher
- Air fryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender
- Pots, pans, baking sheets, dishes and utensils
- Wine glasses, coffee and grill tools

The dining table seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen peninsula.

👶 FAMILY-FRIENDLY EXTRAS

A high chair and Pack ’n Play help families pack lighter. The private layout, fenced yard and in-home laundry also make longer stays easier.

🏖️ BEACH-READY

Beach chairs, a beach cart and a cooler are available for guest use. Bring your own beach towels, load the car and head for the Gulf.

Sunset Perch is close to Highland Family Aquatic Center, Largo Central Park and the Largo Central Park Nature Preserve. Indian Rocks Beach is about 7 miles away, Clearwater Beach about 9 miles, and Madeira Beach/John's Pass about 13 miles. St. Petersburg, Tampa and both area airports are also convenient by car.

🐾 Up to three dogs are welcome with prior approval and a $150 fee per dog, per stay.
🌡️ Optional pool heat is $35 per night.
👥 The base rate covers up to 8 guests; the ninth guest is $15 per night.
