The moment we landed to Florida it was beautiful. Mark was very easy going about checking in a little early because our flight was a morning flight. We walked into the Air BNB and it smelled so clean and looked just like the pictures. I couldn't help but keep saying how well it was decorated and nice. It was absolutely adorable just like it showed. There was air conditioning in the rooms so it stayed at a nice cool 74 for us. They also had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use in the bedroom closet. Mark was always so quick to respond and fix the few issues we did come across but nothing big. I would totally stay here again. Also the beach is so close, and convenient for us to walk back and forth as needed. Perfect area for a relaxing vacation!!

The location of this place was absolutely perfect just a short walk to a public entrance to the beach and Mark had all the items needed as well. Also just a walk away from restaurants, coffee shops, and a 5min drive from a Publix grocery store. The place was very clean and organized. Definitely enjoyed our stay here

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few nights--we were in town to see a favorite comedian and check out the Clearwater area. Neither of us had been to Florida before and it was amazing! The best part, though, was definitely the AirBnB. It was so clean and comfy cozy I hardly wanted to leave--we spent about half of our time just relaxing here and cooking together. The unit has everything you could need, it looks exactly like the pictures, and it's literally a minute walk to get across the street to the beach. There's a ton of great stuff within walking distance and a parking space dedicated to the unit so you don't have to worry about where your car will go. Mark was our host and he was super awesome and friendly, and he always responded within just a few minutes. It was amazing and I loved the style of the apartment--I would definitely look for this rental again if I'm ever in the area! All around, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it!
