"This was hands down one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach and several fantastic local restaurants. In the closet they provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels, which made our beach days completely hassle-free. On days unable to swim due to wind and waves. We bought a pool pass for 25$ at Marriott sand key. Emperor rentals responded immediately when we had questions. I highly recommend this spot with easy parking included and would absolutely love to stay at this little gem again!

Five stars for location and host communication!! The location was perfect a few blocks from the beach entrance and local coffee shops. Secondly, the host communication and follow through on a issue we had upon arriving was top notch! The unit itself was the perfect size for our girls weekend of 3. The unit looks like the pictures but a little more worn. There is some piling wallpaper and other little things showing it's been a rental a while. We would stay in a rental by this host again because of his service and communication. Thank you for sharing your rental with us.

Marks place was perfect for my birthday getaway at the beach. When I walked in I felt like a queen. The vibe was amazing and it smells so fresh. The amenities were great and the beach is a couple minutes walk from the place. I recommend booking! You won’t regret it.
