Mark's place is really nice and really convenient for everything you want to do in Tampa, Florida. It is a 20 to 30 minutes' drive to every single destination you desire. He really responds to messages and the place is really clean. I really recommend for a family or group of friends.

Excellent communication, close to Busch Gardens which was on our to do list, easy to highways, and bonus... there were plenty of shampoos, soaps and laundry detergent.
