Emperor Rentals is "Mark", which is a rental agency which supervises multiple properties. "Mark" essentially is an avatar you will not be able to contact directly. There is a dis-coordinated team unfamiliar with the unit that pretends to be "Mark" online. I suspect the team is not based in Tampa. I was unable to reach the owner. I had no faith that the staff members at Emperor Rentals was contacting their supervisors nor the owners with my requests. They falsely claimed that Emperor Rentals could not be reached by telephone. They required that I provide them with personal information via email outside of Airbnb's system, which I believe is contrary to Airbnb's rules. After booking, they charged an unnecessary additional pet fee. Problems with unit: smaller than appears, inadequate hot water temp, near interstate (loud), hot (no attic/insulation), loud AC that seemed to distribute mold, ant problem in yard (got bitten), refrigerator that needs repaired, uncomfortable bed, overpriced.

The home was clean, and as advertised. It had everything we need for a 6 night stay visiting our son at UT. Host was great with communications.
