A fully remodeled 4-bedroom, 2-bath Seminole home for up to 10. The fully fenced yard holds a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit and gazebo, and the EV charger is free. Indian Shores beach access is 5–8 minutes away, Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach 20–25.
The open-concept living area, kitchen and dining space run together. A plush L-shaped sofa faces a 65-inch Samsung QLED smart TV, and the dining table looks out to the pool. A separate game room holds the pool table that converts to ping pong. Out back, the fully fenced yard is where most evenings end: heated pool, hot tub, shaded gazebo and fire pit.

★ Bedroom 1: king bed, smart TV, drawers, private ensuite bath
★ Bedroom 2: king bed, smart TV, ample storage
★ Bedroom 3: queen bed and a twin bunk bed
★ Bedroom 4: full bed and a twin bunk bed
2 full baths for up to 10 guests. Bathroom 1 (ensuite to Bedroom 1) has a walk-in shower and vanity; Bathroom 2 has double sinks, a bathtub and plenty of storage.
KITCHEN & DINING
★ Fully stocked open kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, spices, a coffee station and wine glasses
★ Dining area seats 6–8 with views of the backyard and pool
★ Brand-new kitchen, bathrooms, paint, flooring and fixtures throughout the remodel

★ Private in-ground pool, heated and cooled (heating is an optional add-on, $35 per night)

★ You need more than 2 baths for 10 people; one is ensuite, so the other serves three bedrooms
★ You expect a warm pool in winter without the add-on; heating is $35 per night and the hot tub is a separate $100 fee
★ You are planning a party or event; this is a quiet residential street with noise monitoring inside
