Waterfront mornings, friendly putting competitions and sunset dinners—Bayview makes it easy to spend time together. This four-bedroom Clearwater home welcomes up to 10 guests, with two living areas and outdoor spaces that make the water part of your stay.

YOUR SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Bedroom 1: king bed, TV and access to Bathroom 1.
• Bedroom 2: queen bed with a white metal frame and TV.
• Bedroom 3: queen bed with a black metal frame and TV.
• Bedroom 4: two twin-over-twin bunk beds, with four twin mattresses in total, and TV.

TWO FULL BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1 has a walk-in shower and double vanity. It is accessible from the king bedroom and the common area, so it is a shared bathroom. The stacked washer and dryer are at the rear of this bathroom. Bathroom 2 has a bathtub/shower combination and a single vanity.

ROOM TO RELAX
Gather on the sectional in the front living room for a movie, or unwind in the waterfront living room with wide windows overlooking the water. An oval dining table gives you a place to share meals, while the kitchen’s island, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher make meal preparation straightforward. An open desk nook provides a spot for your laptop; it is part of the common space. Wi-Fi is available.

TAKE IT OUTSIDE
The private putting green adds a little friendly competition to your afternoon. The waterfront patio offers outdoor dining, lounge chairs, an umbrella and a propane grill. Enjoy the lawn and water views, then find a comfortable seat as the light changes at sunset. The property sits beside an open seawall; children and pets need close supervision near the water.

PRACTICAL COMFORTS
You have use of the home and its outdoor areas, plus driveway parking for up to three vehicles. Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Dogs are welcome under the pet policy described below. Please review the house rules and important details below.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• Up to three dogs are allowed. The pet fee is $150 per dog; include your dogs in the reservation so the applicable fee can be arranged.
• Smoking and events are not permitted.
• Two exterior cameras monitor the front entry/driveway and back patio.
• The waterfront lawn ends at an open seawall. Supervise children and pets closely around the water.
• The bunk room has two twin-over-twin bunk beds; access to the upper beds requires climbing a ladder.
• Bathroom 1 is shared, with access from the king bedroom and common area. The washer/dryer are inside this bathroom.
• There is no pool or hot tub.
• Follow the rental agreement and house rules provided for your reservation.
