Host communicated frequently from reservation, arrival, mid-stay, last day and after to ensure stay went well. Home was exactly as listed. Beautiful location, overlooking waterway where sunrise is beautiful and we saw manatee, and stingray daily. Central location between Clearwater and Tampa was a huge plus for our family. Home was well appointed with tons of sleeping options and 3 bathrooms to compliment the many beds. We had great weather and enjoyed the surrounding area, but there was much to do at the house from pool, kayaking, fishing, pool table/table tennis, air hockey, jenga, board games, arcade and more. Mark, thanks for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Peaceful and beautiful view out the back. We only had 3 people but you could sleep a lot of people if you had a large group. Very responsive host. Very quiet neighborhood. Great water pressure in showers and comfortable beds.
