The listing was exactly as described. The communication was the fastest, most polite communication I have had while using air bnb. I never waited more than 10 minutes for a response and was extremely helpful each time I reached out. The Lake isn't very pretty or able to fish in it. It is very low and almost swamp like. No fault of anyone, just wasn't as expected. The house had plenty of space and was very clean!
