The backyard is fully fenced with a heated pool that runs year-round - no scheduling around the weather. Inside, the game room has a pool table and ping pong table that converts to a dining setup, which ends up being the most-used room in the house. The fully equipped kitchen means you're not stuck eating out every meal.
The four bedrooms sleep up to 10: two king rooms, one queen-and-bunk room, and one bunk room - smart TVs throughout. Two full bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryer, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating in the backyard. The driveway handles 4 vehicles, smart lock check-in means no waiting on anyone, and the whole property is yours - private backyard, private pool, no shared spaces.

To be honest, it was a little dated and modern mixed. But overall, clean, comfortable, convenient and a great value for the price. Loved the commute to Busch Gardens. Kudos to the management company for their super quick responses to the very minor problems that we had. Very impressive for a holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend this place and rental company to anyone visiting Tampa and Busch Gardens.
