Sunny Haven House is one of Tampa's best group homes near the parks. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private heated pool, and a game room that keeps everyone busy when you're not out exploring.

The backyard is fully fenced with a heated pool that runs year-round - no scheduling around the weather. Inside, the game room has a pool table and ping pong table that converts to a dining setup, which ends up being the most-used room in the house. The fully equipped kitchen means you're not stuck eating out every meal.

The four bedrooms sleep up to 10: two king rooms, one queen-and-bunk room, and one bunk room - smart TVs throughout. Two full bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryer, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating in the backyard. The driveway handles 4 vehicles, smart lock check-in means no waiting on anyone, and the whole property is yours - private backyard, private pool, no shared spaces.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review the following policies and potential additional fees. All charges are communicated upfront! No surprises at checkout.

Pets 

• Up to 3 (max 50 lbs each). $150 per pet.
• Must be disclosed prior to arrival. Undisclosed pets incur a $500 fee.

Additional fees (disclosed upfront) 

• Pool heating: $35/night (cannot be adjusted mid-stay)
• Extra guests over 8: $15/night per guest
• Early check-in / late check-out: $50 each (subject to availability)
• Lost & found shipping: $100
