Most Florida pool homes hand you a beautiful pool and then you spend the week standing next to it counting heads. This one is different.
The pool has its own fence. The backyard has a fence around all of it. The entire house is on a single level — no stairs between the bedrooms, the kitchen, the game room, or the yard. You can start the coffee, look up, and see everyone.
That's the whole reason families keep rebooking this house.

Bright, open, and laid out so nobody is stuck in another room. The living room, dining area and kitchen all flow into one another, so whoever is cooking is still part of the conversation and still has eyes on the yard.
The kitchen island offers casual seating and the dining table seats the group. Breakfast before the beach, dinner after the pool — it all happens in the same space.
