Step outside to a private, unheated pool, shaded seating, gas grill, fenced lawn and covered terraces. The private dock sits directly on Lake Seminole, and two kayaks are included for exploring the water.

GOOD TO KNOW
The pool is not heated and does not have a separate safety fence. Lake Seminole is a natural habitat for alligators and other wildlife; keep your distance, never feed animals and supervise children and pets near the water. Exterior cameras include the pool area, and noise and cigarette-smoke monitors are used inside and outside. There are no indoor video cameras.
