WATERFRONT MOMENTS
Take your morning coffee to the dock's two chairs and watch the canal. Back on the patio, settle into the swing beneath the trees or gather around the fire pit. A grill and outdoor seating give you another way to spend time together at home.

ROOM TO GATHER
Two sofas, a TV and an electric fireplace make the living room an easy place for a movie or a relaxed evening. The open layout connects the kitchen, dining and living areas, keeping everyone part of the conversation.

COOK, DINE & PLAY
The kitchen has a refrigerator, range and oven, microwave, coffee station, wine fridge and generous counter space. Four island stools are handy for breakfast or keeping the cook company. After dinner, turn the dining table into an air-hockey or ping-pong match.

A PLAYFUL BUNK BEDROOM
Bedroom 4 doubles as the gaming space, with two bunk beds, four sleeping spots, a Pac-Man arcade, PS5, TV, beanbags and a yellow sofa. The games share this bedroom, so consider the layout when planning bedtimes.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Bedroom 1: king bed and TV
• Bedroom 2: queen bed and TV
• Bedroom 3: queen bed, TV and desk, with a nearby dressing and closet area
• Bedroom 4: two bunk beds with four sleeping spaces, plus the gaming area

There are two full bathrooms: one with a tub/shower combination and one with a glass-enclosed shower and double vanity. A washer and dryer and closet storage make longer stays easier.

YOUR TAMPA HOME BASE
Spend a day exploring Tampa, walking the Riverwalk or visiting Busch Gardens, then return to your own place by the canal. For another outdoor outing, consider the Upper Tampa Bay Trail or Upper Tampa Bay Conservation Park. A car is recommended, and attraction visits and Gulf Coast beach trips require a drive; travel times vary with traffic.

PRIVATE GUEST ACCESS
You have private use of the home, its four bedrooms and two bathrooms, living and dining spaces, kitchen, laundry area, backyard, patio and waterfront dock. Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. Please follow the arrival instructions provided for your reservation.

STAY DETAILS

Checkout: by 10 AM.
The primary renter must be at least 25.

No smoking, parties or events. Up to three dogs are permitted, with a $150 pet fee per dog per stay. Include your dogs in the reservation and review the pet terms before booking.

This is a waterfront home with direct access to the canal and a dock with steps. Supervise children around the water and outdoor fire pit.
