Give the whole crew a place to relax, reconnect and settle in at Terrace Treasure. This six-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Temple Terrace accommodates up to 16 guests in eight beds, pairing a private screened pool with a covered patio and a garage game room.
Start the day with coffee under the patio ceiling fans, spend the afternoon between the pool and sun loungers, and bring everyone back together for a meal. Outdoor dining and lounge seating overlook the pool, with a fenced lawn and mature shade trees beyond the enclosure. A charcoal kettle grill gives you another option for dinner.
Inside, the open living, kitchen and dining areas make it easy to stay part of the conversation. A large sectional, accent seating and wall-mounted TV create a comfortable place for a movie or a quiet evening. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils. The indoor table seats 10, with additional dining on the covered patio.
For a change of pace, head to the garage game room for pool or air hockey. The garage is dedicated to games, with driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.

That's seven queen beds and one king bed, sleeping 16 without counting sofas as beds. Linens and towels are provided. Three full bathrooms include two walk-in showers and one tub/shower combination; the master bedroom has an ensuite with a double vanity.
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, and a private entrance round out the everyday conveniences.
Use this Temple Terrace home as a base for University of South Florida visits, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Adventure Island, local dining and nearby parks. Return to your own pool and patio after a day out, with room to enjoy the evening together.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Check-in is at 4 p.m.; check-out is at 10 a.m. The primary renter must be at least 25. No parties, events or smoking. Please respect the residential neighborhood and keep noise considerate.
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 3 and a fee of $150 per pet. Include all pets in your reservation. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cost $50 each. Lost-item shipping is $100. Applicable booking charges and taxes are shown with your reservation.
Steps lead from the house to the covered patio and pool deck. The property is not step-free. Children need supervision around the pool. There is no hot tub. Please review the rental agreement and house rules supplied for your reservation.
