This is one of Tampa's newest short-term rentals - just completed construction, with modern finishes throughout and nothing worn in. The 3-bedroom, 2-bath layout sleeps up to 11 guests and gives groups a real home base: an open kitchen with island seating, a living room built for relaxing, and a dedicated game room - separate from the main living area - with a pool table that converts to ping pong.
The sleeping setup is built for families. The primary suite has a king bed and a single. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed plus a full bunk bed, making this one of the few Tampa rentals that comfortably handles multiple kids without anyone drawing the short straw. Both bathrooms are freshly finished, and the full laundry room means a week-long stay is just as practical as a weekend.
Close to everything worth doing in Tampa: Ybor City (8 min), the Riverwalk (10-12 min), the Florida Aquarium (10 min), and Tampa International Airport (15-20 min). Four parking spaces mean the whole group arrives together.

The place is very clean and communication with Host was quick and prompt! They addressed the issue for the ants problems On the counter tops! But we got a lot of bites and also there is a strong wood smell in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Over all I will stay here again. The house is new and Mark sent someone to spray and said will take care of the issues. But the money we paid was way too much for four days to encounter such issues! Every single day we will wake up with bug bites although the house is clean.
We were three different families staying at this home and there was plenty of room for all of us. Very spacious and clean. The property is accurately described in the listing and the management company was very responsive to us. We will definitely go back if we have an other baseball tournament in that area.
Love the home it was absolutely beautiful, looked exactly like the picture online and was clean. I would most definitely book again!! Mark is a wonderful host!!

We stayed here for a month after a fire and felt right at home. The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. The are is just mins away from channel side, downtown Tampa, restaurants, beaches, and interstates. Private and fully stocked! Dont hesitate to book!
